As i sat by my computer today, just watching Tom Waits on Letterman, a terrible noise suddenly blasted out of the speakers of our tv. Soon I realize it's the wonderfull tunes of 'lie to me' on Waits' new record that my girlfriend bought me for my birthday - it arrived today without me knowing. Now I'm no more than 5 tracks in and I'm all gittery &

i spent most of monday watching bizarre interview clips on youtube and listening to rain dogs.
alas, i must wait until xmas for orphans.
