I learned how to make hummus at work. Yesterday I made 6 huge batches of hummus. Today I did it again but faster. I don't know how much each batch measures out to be but each batch uses 24 pounds of garbanzo beans so yeah, they're big batches. Some days I really hate my job but I also really love it. I haven't been on livejournal for over a year and haven't regularly posted in even longer but I'm back. I'm not sure how long I'll be back for but we'll see. I made almost all of my entries private. My life is pretty different from back then and I don't want all that old stuff visible.
