I think I am a convert to Body For Life.
Went to the mall last night for some Baja Fresh and air-conditioned comfort with Derek and Meggan.  After some yummy Mexican food, and a bite of derek’s cinnabon, we were off to explore the mall.  Went to the pet store and gushed over all the puppies and kitties - so adorable!

i am, in fact, an American Council On Exercise certified personal trainer (well.. except i don't keep it current) and i would have to say this sounds very good except for the supplements part.. those are a total waste of money.. and you should be aware of "plateu"ing.. meaning you will do all this exercising(very good) but after about 6-8 weeks you will notice that the same workout just isn't enough anymore, which means you will have to up your cardio or lift heavier weights... if you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

well he recommends the meal replacement bars and shakes as a way to get all the vitamins and nutrients you need because most people don't eat them in their normal food. Plus it is convenient if you are eating 6 meals a day.
He actually states low fat cottage cheese is one of the best things you can eat.
The book is really common sense, but it is different from other weight loss books. This one is pretty flexible with food, and very structured with exercise. Hopefully I am dilligent enough to follow it. I think I can do 12 weeks.
