oh, and in my view make up can be nice, but is, essentially (much like the padded bra) false advertising. the relaxed natural look is far better.

you know what? you pretty much summed it up. absurd. painful. it sounds like you may have even attended a formal yourself.

in my opinion, make-up is to enhance, not to create brand new features on ones face. so, i kind of agree with you. but, i tend to find men hypocritical. they say they prefer a girl without makeup, but when they actually spy them without their layer of paint, they run screaming. so, my point is, if you reckon you can handle it...

we dont have formals... we have an end of school ball, but there are no traditions or shit like that, just hanging out at some hotel and having a meal and a disco and a few drinkies.

i really liked my school - my classes, my co-curricular and extra-curricular activities... its just the people i didnt like.

best advice - move away from home for uni... it gives you space and time NOT to reinvent yourself, but rather to BECOME yourself.

forget those losers at your ball. they are big fish in a small pond. let them wallow in their childish bickerings - dont retaliate. simply move onward and upward.

as for breasts... firmness is far more important than size.

but... retaliation *looks at the ground* i wanted to... it was fun. the look on her face was priceless. it gave me the feeling of power... POWER! she made the night hell for me, i had to get revenge. she made me so angry! she didn't even look at me when she was talking to me, just looked straight through me. that to me is the height of rudeness. i was not going to let that shit pass!

Haha. Sometimes, due to extenuating circumstances, retaliation like that is necessary. And, when necessary, it is a lot of fun. Well done for getting to the bitchy girl.
As for formals.. sometimes dressing up is fun, but sometimes it's just boring. And without alcohol it is almost certain to be the boring.
