Is today "National Scream at Your Insurance Agent" Day?!?!?! Why didn't anyone tell me??? *bangs head repeatedly on cubicle wall….stupid padded cubicle wall….*
If it's any consolation I LOVE my insurance company. Well, our health insurance. We got the statements from them for the surgery. The surgery that we paid a $100 co-pay on. The surgery that apparently costs $20,000. So yeah, love 'em.
Yeah, I love our health insurance, too. Last December David had to have 2 surgeries with a combined cost of about $30,000, and we paid $0 because we had already met our annual $500 out-of-pocket maximum.
Unfortunately I'm a property and casualty agent for commercial insurance policies. Everyone hates me. I swear, I call and introduce myself as someone's insurance agent and you would think that I had just said "Hi, I've got the plague and I'm going to come to your house for dinner tonight. By the way, while I'm there I'm going to set the livingroom carpet on fire." *sigh*
