New speed limit on Indiana?

No i checked its still 50 but every single time im on that damn road traffic on both sides is moving anywhere from 30-35 mph. What the fuck? It is the only road in arvada with a speed limit of 50!?!?!
Another mass genocide is needed to get rid of all the stupid people
