Thanks, it's way different. We really wanted to have more internet access than we could get from the Roku so we're really pleased with being able to use it as a really big monitor. It is kind of disconcerting to do real work on though. And there is something sort of depressing about seeing your(well, my) bank balance writ that large.:|

I've can only vouch for thin spaghetti with this method since that's what I've made but for that, it's fabulous.

Wow, tvs have really come down since we bought ours about 3 years ago. Mine is not anywhere near my computer, but I have a Roku box that hooks to my wireless network and we watch all kinds of things on it. You are right, we never have to leave, lol.

We actually paid about $70 more for it but Amazon refunded the difference. No hassle, took about 3 minutes. We ordered it on Thursday, it was at our door on Monday and free shipping. Truly, they are an amazing company. There's a reason Best Buy's going broke. They really aren't the best buy anymore.

I joined Amazon Prime a few months ago and have not looked back!! I am not in love with Best Buy at all and will not do business with them. I have terrific luck with Amazon. Their customer service is very good. Actually, so is Ebays.
