tax question
has anyone been through the Americorps program and gotten the education award? if so, how did you claim that on your taxes? did you have to pay taxes on all of it?
i used my $4750 to repay my student loans which were directly applied to tuition and fees at Carleton. now i don't want to owe over $1500 to the government...

puerto rican day parade
last weekend i went to Connecticut to see about a cat. CT is a far way to go to see about a cat, but the cat was cute and i consider myself to be a bit of a sucker. the cat is orange and it has a few extra fingers on its paws, which make it look rediculous and a bit like a small lion, without a mane. regardless, the cat will be making its way from ( Read more... ) -
