Well, I'm back. That was a long time away. I got some shiza done, though, so I think it was pretty productive. I had three full days alone which was great. And a first. I've never been alone for that long in my life. I've never even been alone for a day, I don't think.

There's this sound, at night. It comes from the cold cellar at the bottom o the stairs, past my room. It sounds like someone sharpening a knife. Sometimes, it gets faster.
