- based on canon his physiology violently rejects psychoactive drugs now, so the odds of him enjoying any amount of alcohol are slim

- His favorite food is hot dogs. SO CLASSY. If asked, he'd probably lie and say it was something less awful but shut up they're inexpensive and easy to eat on patrol. FUN CANON FACT: The first (and only) time Matt and Ben Reilly hung out involved chili dog bribery on Matt's part.
- He has... feelings about alcohol. His maternal aunt and uncle were alcoholics and it played a big part in their (mis)treatment of Little Reilly. So he avoids it even though he could easily get away with sneaking drink. He has, however, inherited the ridiculously low Spider-Tolerance and turns into a total dork when smashed.
- YES. He's not great at it, but he manages to keep May and himself fed.
Luna- Not pudding. That joke has gotten tired, Tumblr. Okay, actual answer: I suspect Luna is the type who has a hard time pinning down a favorite meal and it changes periodically. However, she does gravitate towards things that are sweet and/or veggie-heavy. (Luna is not a vegetarian, based on what we see in the books, but I ( ... )

• Soy milk, carrot juice, etc. She likes the taste in addition to the health benefits! (She is also a big fan of diet soda.) Regarding alcohol, she... well. She usually drinks a little wine (bitter reds) almost every day and anything else usually comes when she is upset, stressed out, in a social situation, all those sorts of things. She likes a good appletini, however!

• He will drink pretty much anything. He's not so much a caffeine fiend as Nancy, but he likes it.

idk i figure his diet is largely like boring typical americana
though richard has tried to expand it with various vegetarian alternatives, like his award-winning black bean soup, a hearty tofu stir fry, and also tea with honey (richard's personal favorite thing ever)
this has had only varying degrees of success meaning vic will at least try branching out sometimes but generally avoids them when he has the option
like every time he leaves from visiting richard he gets the biggest greasiest unhealthiest burger just to cleanse his palette
he probably makes really good spaghetti with wine sauce and mushrooms and big gobs of ground beef
i copy/pasted that from a headcanon meme so yeah
he drinks beer or scotch, they have a friendly relationship. which is to say he doesn't overdo it, but might take a quick nip during the day, or have a beer when he comes home. he's a pretty casual drinker.
he's not like a fantastic cook or anything, but i figure he does okay, and doesn't eat out of a box nearly as often as i do
