I don't actually want to post this, but it is in fact what I ate today. I am guilty of getting sugar & nuts, but I stuck to my calories and came out okay.
Meal 1 1 Powerbar (Peanut butter), 1 medium banana, 1/2 oz almonds
Meal 2 1/2 c oatmeal, 1 scoop whey, 1 small box raisins
Meal 3 1 Gu gel while running
Meal 4 Smoothie: 1 banana, 1 c mango, 1
