i will admit to skimming over the science-y explanation stuff bc i've never been good at processing that but this story- the way it-
ngl i thought jaebum was ready to try find a way to transfer jinyoung's mind/consciousness into his own physical shell and this story definitely brought an interesting idea of marrying science and theology and like it's really interesting and stuff but like oh god the way you- the emotions were brought out in the characters so well, and i couldn't help but feel- scared for jinyoung, for those involved and it was-
i can't coherently express my thoughts on this bc it's just like ~feels~ and wow and like this must have been a huge undertaking and i'm super impressed and well done and this was really really well executed and i'm- i enjoyed it, despite not enjoying bc poor jinyoung and those directly affected lmao but like yeah well done this was a fascinating read
Yeah, planning out this fic was fun, although it did have its "what the hell am I even writing" moments. Mainly because I didn't know if I was being too ambitious with the plot. But. So.
Thank you for the affirmation ^^ I'm glad that you enjoyed reading it!
OMG thank you! Jaebum and Youngjae (and Bambam) as scientists is something I've always wanted to try out in a story, I was very glad to have the opportunity during this exchange ^^
I love this kind of science fiction, too! Like, what other kinds of life could there be, what else may be happening outside of what we know about the universe. There are so many possibilities, and so many ways to make the possibilities human. I love that fanfic gives us the chance to explore these possibilities.
Also. Also. Your comment has me grinning from ear to ear like seriously thank you for sharing your thoughts on my story. I appreciate it very much, anon-sshi ♥
This was a really lovely read, very fascinating and well planned.
The entire scene at jackson's birthday party where jb finally confesses and the two of them play whatifs/what-could-have-been was heartbreaking for me to read, even more so than the actual death in the fic.
++science!! I'm admittedly a huge sucker for any sci-fi-esque aus and this was super well done. I loved the implications of existence beyond physical death and how you played with that and wove it in to provide what was ultimately hope in a pretty downer scenario. also the parallels between relationships and antimatter had me grinning but wistful at the same time..it's so clever but also telling because you'll never really know how things play out, how anything will react unless you /touch/ that something and make it part of your life. ;~~~~~~~;
Your attention to details like jinyoung's accent slipping in whenever he gets emotional was also really good. Great job overall! ♥
Tbh, the science behind this fic is something I've always to try to write. I'm thankful that I got those prompts, they helped me gel the bits and pieces of elements I wanted to play with. And so many more things that happened in the background to get this fic written, but that'd just be too much rambling ahaha XD
I'm glad you enjoyed reading my fic, thank you for sharing your thoughts ^^
I put together some ideas I read about in textbooks so I didn't completely make it up all by myself ^^ Writing this fic was a challenge, I'm glad you enjoyed reading it ^^
