Sims 3: Evans Family

Aug 17, 2012 19:58

Since I started playing Sims 3 again I have mostly been playing with one family at a time in different neighborhoods. I love that the town's time makes the NPC's do what they want, need and grow but I hate not being in control of my family in case big events happen.

I get the same thing when playing The Sims 2 and 3; I played the original game very hard core, basically every free second of every day. I met Kevin before The Sims 2 came out and while I still wanted to play The Sims 2, unless I knew he was going to be working the whole day when I had free time, I just wanted to talk to him so I didn't play as much, but when I did it was for hours at a time while he was at work. The Sims 3 came out just a month or two after my migraines started so while I do love this game, I have barely had any time at all to actually play it and when I do I am lucky if I can last one hour at a time. Kind of strange, I now have all of the time in the world and lots of free time when Kevin is at work, but only the occasional ability to play ( ... )

I'm so looking forward to Supernatural and Seasons! Other than Pets it seems that's the one that gets me all excited!

Good luck playing all the games! That's a lot of hard work.

I like seeing your sims3 stuff. I especially like hearing that it doesn't seem to be as addictive as sims2 (so many of my sims2 friends have mentioned that).

I also like seeing things that might seem "boring" to folks who are really into sims3 (and it's become old news to them). Stuff like the firefighters being able to use that as a flirt. Too funny.

I can't wait to see pets things.

Thank you. I feel the same way too. I'm going to post a couple more pictures from this family. :) I finally, FINALLY got a playable ghost. :)

I've noticed this too, the not being as addicted thing. It's still fun but I don't feel compelled to play for hours. But I've noticed this with all my games.
