It's nice knowing what we're going to make next week already, because it saves me from having to think about it all weekend. Brolli suggested I teach pizza and that's what we're going to do. Home made PIZZA! And you're all going to be surprised at how easy it is to make.

I had a feeling pizza would go over big with this group! And it's not hard at all to make. Well, the dough can be a bit tricky, but you can cheat on that once you're outside of my classroom and buy premade bread dough that you just spread and use.

No challenge, that's why I think of it as cheating, but I know folks cheat when they leave the class!

And if you're really hungry, short cuts can be a godsend.

Pizza is like one of the world's most perfect food. And you can make a pizza for anyone's tastes! I'm even going to have different types of sauces folks can try making pizza with.
