Cooking class was pretty good Tuesday. Lasagna seems to be a fun thing to make for folks, even if it is a little fussy with the layering of the cheese, the sauce, and the meat. And I think it all turned out wonderful, mostly because we had these fantastic home made noodles and some of the best tomato sauce in the world, made by my helper, Kia.
