You start teaching them as soon as their born, if not before.

Only 3! Sounds like the kid had more brain cells than dearest mummy...

How do you teach a brat in the womb? Do you sort of tap the bump when they pick their nose or something?!

I hear just behaving yourself as an adult will have implications on the unborn. They pick up the general sense of actions through sound and chemicals (hormones) in the blood.....
Of course behaving yourself and being polite is beyond most people these days, so it's no wonder their children grow up to be a nightmare.
