Blu-ray discs... do you need a special player for them or can you use normal DVD players for them?

You know that cotton wool type cobweb stuff that you can get for Halloween? Has anyone seen any bags of the UV cobweb stuff anywhere? I need some for the end of the month so I have a bit of time to hunt for it... sod's law, when I don't need it it's everywhere!

On Wednesday night, my computer insisted on constantly performing illegal operations until it finally crashed.
