The county that I live in and work for is in a budget crisis, our state is nearly bankrupt and Arizona ranks 50th in education spending.

Neighbor Update
No more alarm problems. Only alarm clock that wakes me up before time now is the Flagg Bagg. Fuzzy little alarm clock refuses to let me sleep past 830a =)

STUPID NEIGHBORS!
Repost: Our neighbors have allowed their alarm to go off at 430am for minutes at a time for about a week. They finally stopped that crap this morning so I was able to sleep fully until my alarm went off. Here was my Open Letter to those asses that I wrote the first early morning they woke me up...
