I really feel like someone beat the snot out of me. Seriously, the last time I felt this bad was after a brawl way back in high school. I have this weekend off so maybe I can recuperate. As I tried to get to work this morning, all was going well until I shot down the side street. People have lined both sides of an already narrow street with big ass motor homes. They should be shot. I will be so happy when this ordeal is over. I've been trying really hard to have a new and lighter attitude about Mardi Gras. It isn't working. If I weren't dead dog tired I'd make me a t-shirt that says "NO BEER - NO RESTROOM - NO WHINING!" The blatant stupidity increases as it gets closer to Mardi Gras Day. I checked the weather page on Yahoo before I went to bed last night. I just wanted to know the high so I'd know how to dress for today. It was cruel to let us have the sun for two days and then take it away again. It poured all day. The rain did keep the loonies to a minimum though so it wasn’t all bad.
