So it's ok to rape someone if they've had a few drinks???? Well, it certainly is here in New Zealand, where a rugby league star, Tea Ropati, was found NOT GUILTY of rape and sodomy, because the complainent was too intoxicated to have said no .... I'M NOT JOKING, check this out ..... Mr Ropati found not guilty ....

and this is the 21st century?mind you,the justice system here really is a joke - they're actually telling judges NOT to jail certain people and to tag them instead...then you get things like a multiple rapist being sent to an open jail (minimim security) who then escapes and rapes a 17 yr old ( ... )
