flood update
Yesterday was an interesting day, to say the least. I had two of my great uncles (75 and 69 years of age) pass away, within a day of each other... both of heart attacks. Had a dual funeral yesterday. It's been over a week since a water pipe ruptured in my attic, filling my kitchen and living room with 1-2 inches of water... I've had industrial fans and a dehumidifier running in my dining room and kitchen since then, making any sibilance of verbal communication, be it over the phone or in person, almost impossible. hell... learned lots of things yesterday. It seems that the fates were against me yesterday and I could really do was laugh with them. So, here is how my weekend was supposed to happen....

I'm jelous, I think....
while working with a confused patient this morning on some cognitive stuff, I was told by the patient that he was not at the hospital, but in England... and that I was there to escort him back to the US. Damn, I want to be in his reality! My reality is boring compared to his. -
