I believe that being the youngest child in the family, having parents who are judgmental and timid about everything, and being gay has rendered me to be defensive, cynical, and reclusive for a large portion of my life. I just came back from an East Coast dance competition hosted by DC Culture Shock...and it was seriously the most insane dance show I have ever been to. Though it was an "East Coast" competition, there were groups from San Diego, Chicago and even Switzerland!
