This week, today, I have begun to come down a little from the frenetic energy of running a conference. I honestly did not even get to stop until yesterday and because of that I spent most of it on my couch; it was nice. I got home and the split in my spirit-drum is wider - I’m pretty convinced that the universe is determined to teach me that perfection is not the goal, relationships and Goodness is. yesterday someone did something nice for me, this isn't uncommon. In fact, I would say that my world is full of wonderfully generous and kind people; however I am a good person without their approval and that is a new enough reality in my life that I still remind myself of it, and enjoy the exclamation of freedom and self love that it brings ( Read more... )

It's been a while - or at least a few days; here's the interesting deal though - I'm better. but still in a strange place.
