I GOT A CAT!

Her name is MOSAIC (Mosey) and she's a brown and black short haired sweetie. She purrs a lot and likes to be petted and with people.

I got on the 110 pm flight, and was in Nashville for all my board-type meetings, although I was disappointed to miss my Vanderbilt meetings. Ah well...

but it was a successful series of meetings and a painless weekend.

This morning I show up at O'Hare airport and my flight has been canceled. D$^N!!! but I am standby on a flight at 1:10 So GOD-WILLING I will get to Nashville in time for our meetings tonight. if not, I can fly in tomorrow and can attempt to reschedule with the Vanderbilt professors for Monday. It's 6:30 in the morning and there is some kind of industrial noise outside - like a power washer or generator or something. WHY? WHY? Don't these people realize we are trying to SLEEP?
