I hope everyone had a nice holiday. We made it through lil man's first Christmas. He had a really good day. Of course the wrapping paper was more fun than the gifts but he got some nice toys and clothes. big belly clumsiness
Now at almost 30 weeks along, my belly can't help but be in the way. It's grown much and is just going to expand further swifter over the next couple of months; anything that big, can't help but be in the way. Happy New Year everybody! I hope the new year brings good things to everyone. Our new year will bring a baby in April. Feeling big and fair to partly uncomfortable but I can still make it to a party even if only toasting with sparkling grape juice to ring in the new year with friends. -

late night housecleaning
I thought you're not s'posed to go crazy with the house cleaning until the 3rd trimester but here I am after 10:30 mopping the bathroom floor and about to do a quick mopover the kitchen floor. tv tonight
Watched "The Polar Express" on tv tonight. When it was in the theaters I had shrugged it off at the commercials; but, it was a charming movie. Stopped at the library on the way home from work, took out dvd "Cars"; hard to believe I missed that one when it was in the theaters -- will watch sometime over the weekend. -
got flu...
...shot today. I never had one before. Everything I read says it's more recommended for pregnant women. Side effects if any are supposed to be mild and last only a couple of days. I feel a lil less than swell now; think I'll go to bed early, for real. -
lj clients
Does anyone use a downloaded client for their blogging? Having now joined a couple of pregnancy communities I was curious about cross-posting so checked out lj help which said that the only way to post to several journals simultaneously was through the use of an lj-client. There are only three listed for windows xp. Anyone have anything to say ( Read more... ) -
Maternity clothes
Finally broke down and went shopping for maternity clothes last night and tonight; could still use a few more things, but got a good bunch of stuff. It's a real drag shopping -- there's one maternity store in one of the malls and the department stores have small sections in obscure corners of stores. Sunday sunday...
Went hiking this morning with the girls and pupdogs again. Don't know that I'll be able to do that much more. Belly's getting bigger; I'm moving a bit slower. And it's getting dangerous in the back seat with two dogs. Last week Otis practically stepped on my tum and this week Gilda fell against me.
