i have a carton of cigerettes with me and i smoke one ever so often when i get an extreme craving. its something to do with my hands, i know how awful that sounds.

It's not healthy, but it does'nt sound awful.
I'm tempted to do the same thing.

Do they tast good?
I realy can't decide if I wan't start or not.
