Today was alright compared to what it has been. 
I had a sub at lunch. Lunch time is always a huge weakness because I'm around friends and such. 
Around 7 I had humus and pita. but purged it. 
I'm so strange in the sense that I actually enjoy aspects of purging. just like the sense of accomplishment I feel after. Its fucked.
