I had an appt with Pat today. I was completely psyched about it, until I was about half way there, then I lost steam. I was so sleepy. And didn't seem to want to talk about anything. Towards the end of the session, she confroted me and I said I didn't want to cry...cause that's all I feel like doing when I'm with her...then I began to cry
