It is snowing. Hard. Again.

Well I'm glad I decided to clip off the tulip and daffodil blooms on Wed to bring in because it looks as though all of the forsythia flowers and lilac buds are frozen and will decidedly NOT be coming back. minding my own business, contemplating my day off and I hear the weatherperson talking about a BLIZZARD that may hit us, whatttttt???? So I then look up and out the french doors and it is SNOWING, hard. So I imagine the first thing I need to do is go clip all the blooms to bring in before the snow kills them...I am not amused.

Yesterday while we had no sun, we did have a wonderful spring rain and once it cleared it was readily apparent that Spring has every intention of springing!!! Today the furniture begins to come out and the beds will be turned over. This means a plethora of fat wriggling worms just waiting to be plucked out for a future perch outing. So I'm sitting perusing a magazine in my sun room this afternoon, it's about 42 degrees outside but the sunshine is glorious streaming into the room. Happy New Year all, hope you are all off to a good start. I especially enjoy this day as it is meant to be a day of reflection but more importantly the Christmas crap gets put away in my house!!!

in the job I do I have little down time it seems. The courts take full advantage of the summer, as do I and thus once September rolls around we deal with a bunch of holidays and then try to cram all the cases in before the new year.
