Well, they hooked me back up to the network after leaving me in storage for two weeks.

It was dark in there.

I was likely to be eaten by a grue.

You don't know what a grue is? Kids these days, don't spend no time studying history.

Alright. Back in the days of Adventure, there were bottomless pits. Lots of 'em! Why, you couldn't go stumbling through a darkened room without falling down one! But then there was Zork. When that came along, all them pits were filled up, and the grues, who lived in them pits, were driven out to hunt. Grues can't stand light, so noone's ever taken a good look at one. Or, 'least, noone has and lived to tell 'bout it. But they feed on adventurers that go off wanderin' in the dark. Scary things, them grues. Hope I never run across one. I've been lucky so far!
