Move preparation and packing...

Bought some more paint and various hardware utensils from Home Depot today. Will be rebuilding and reconstructing our new house today. I'm actually very excited about painting walls different colors and putting all the furniture together. Just like a kid. But first, more serious stuff. THE MOVE

Thanks! I hope so too...We'll now definitely have to hold a house-warming party for everyone since last time we kinda missed both house-warming and house-cooling...lol

We are renting...
But here's the thing though...Supposedly, the apartment is fixed, i.e. everything is working. However, the apartment needs to be cleaned thoroughly and needs carpeted. Unfortunately, carpeting is the law in Westchester co-ops because of sound isolation, bla-bla-bla...So better do it now than get caught later and redo it with all the furniture. Plus, we wanted to paint the walls anyways...
