Moonette's Birthday Magical Mystery Tour Bus Tour I

Jun 19, 2009 09:39

Ginny Potter stepped away from the Floo Connection and wondered why she had agreed to drive a group of tourists anywhere they wanted to go on the Magical Mystery Tour Bus. She was only doing it as a favor for her mum's friend, grandma_kate. It wasn't that Grandma Kate wasn't a nice old lady, but Ginny was beginning to have doubts about the rest of the ( Read more... )

Amamama stared at the blank screen. "Bill, look! It just ATE my comment. Oh I hate it when this happens!" She chewed her lips to not start crying, when she felt Bill's lips nuzzle her neck ( ... )

"Ah, there it is!" Amamama landed slowly and reluctantly let go of Bill. "Let's hop on board and see if there's some action"

"I thought you brought some action?" Bill smirked.

"Yes, yes. Wait - if the birthday girl isn't here yet, maybe I should ask them to wait?"

"Or maybe you should ask them to demonstrate and hopefully inspire those Spartans of Moonette's. They're getting lazy and need to know there are ways to grab her attention."

"Good idea!" She kissed him firmly. "Come on boys, let's show them some real muscle and control..."

The Grudge Match stmargarets June 19 2009, 22:19:08 UTC
St. Mags rummaged through her Trunk o’ Hunks and started picking out dolls characters for the first Quidditch match of the trip. Everyone seemed to be boarding and if Ginny had to double-back to pick up some of the stragglers, so be it. She took out Lee Jordan first. He was going to dub this round of make-believe the “The Grudge Match.” Thanks to Gabriella, St. Mags now had the idea of letting her characters have a little revenge out on the pitch. On lesser car racing circuits, the demolition derby usually followed the real car races, but this demolition derby of Quidditch would have to come first since St. Mags had had a very busy day and she needed her beauty sleep ( ... )

Molly Weasley and Kate Wallace might have drunk a few too many Mimosas during the sizable brunch they and Nic's guests had partaken of while ginny was waiting for the rest of the passengers to check in. They were more than ready to turn the little knob on their seats all the way to bed after the Queen made the Royal Enclosure into sort of a table top Quidditch game and began muttering over her action figures.

Thus it was that they woke to angry words being muttered as Ginny turned from Oliver Wood and abruptly started the Magical Mystery Tour Bus. Oliver looked terrified as the bus Apparated to Hogwarts in an instant.

'This might be worth waking up for,' said Molly cheerfully as she pulled a three big straw hats out of her bag. She and Kate led Sara up to the Faculty box, settled in and awaited the beginning of the match.

I don't know how much Quidditch Molly and friends will see, but there will be - er - action - of some sort.

“And they’re off,” Lee Jordan said excitedly. He was in the old booth at Hogwarts and loving every minute of it. Luna Lovegood and Zacharias Smith had offered to help out, but St. Mags liked Lee as announcer the best. “It’s unorthodox Quidditch tonight here at Hogwarts. The Hunky Heroes versus the Intriguing Enemies. It’s a Grudge Match and I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many ladies in the crowd as I have tonight ( ... )

Meanwhile, Harry, Straight!Draco, Brown-eyed Charlie, and Viktor Krum were lazily flying around looking for the Snitch. Ginny was noticing the breeze in Harry's very touchable hair. Kathleen admired the broad outline of Charlie shoulders. AU Lady Whizbee thought that green was Draco’s color and Gay!Draco wondered how he could get Viktor Krum to notice him - the leather pants didn't seem to be working ( ... )

There have been many scholarly articles written for the Magical History of Quidditch about what happened next. Most witches and wizards do not blame Lee Jordan for going to a commercial break which just happened to be about the new Merlin's Grilled Not Fried Chicken, always referred to as MGNFC. Apparently, the descriptions of the tender, finger-licking good morsels seemed to bring out some primal need in the 300 and they leapt upon the Snitch and devoured it. How that one Golden Snitch had the presence of mind to multiply itself so many times in the short time it had has been dubbed a Modern Miracle (Film at Eleven on Tell-A-Vision Channel Three ( ... )
