Minerva is wonderful, isn't she? She's so much fun to write! So is Luna, but in a very different way. I just can't imagine her planning the usual stag night, because she wouldn't see the point.

Oh! You had me hooting at wet bushes and then the Malfoy rose garden. And then I was injected with pink fluff by Hermione's realisation!

Thank you! I couldn't resist the pink fluff injection. Hermione's been so wrapped up in all the awful details that I think she lost sight of what the whole ordeal was really about in the first place.

The more I thought about Luna's concept of a fun hen party, the more I was convinced that everybody else would find it awful. And that was what led me to wet bushes. But I knew the Hogwarts' witches would know how to party, because they were certainly rude old birds at the engagement party...
