*i have my fourth smoking cessation class on tuesday, and i have picked out my quit date. it is the first thursday of october. my doc has patches and meds on standby if need be. i'll probably need the patches, but hopefully not much more than that. i didn't like the sound of the side effects on the other options ( Read more... )
