New euphuism for an unlovely issue
My manager "Mr. X" likes to leave early on Fridays after a long hard week of doing nothing, not that anyone on the team notices. Nothing from home is much the same as nothing in the office, right? Anyways, today he left and then blast IM'd the team from home saying he had an emergency.

Omg I suck
I am the worst person ever. I was supposed to take a friend to the airport this evening and totally forgot...and while I did warn her to call me and remind me today, I was nowhere near my phone all flipping day. I feel just awful.
