I feel a little foolish now that I never managed to get this far before. One of the suggestions for testing RAM in a multiple-stick setup is to try one at a time. I have 2 sticks, and 2 sockets. I worked for a few hours on getting it back into operation last night. It still gets a few random color pixels, but only over BIOS screens. I wanted to check if there was anything on the 400GB disk before formatting and installing MythBuntu on it. I'm working to get my old Shuttle SB95P v2 working again after about 2 years of being shelved. When last I left off, it would boot, and I managed to install Ubuntu, but the machine would randomly reboot all the time. I finally got approved for Google AdSense just minutes ago. For whatever reason, 4 of my very worst YouTube videos have "become popular." I got an email regarding each from Google telling me I could put ads on the videos, so for science, and profit, I am.

We'll have to see what happens.
