Being an Angel, Hanekoma can read minds, detect power levels (he won't be able to pinpoint exactly what your character can do, but he can identify how powerful s/he is) and use his artwork to influence people

Can he read your character's surface thoughts? Go right ahead! They may or may not be "questionable" so have fun with that.
Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Paru's 100% human. However, she has made a magical contract called a "Pactio" with Negi up there, so he would likely sense a faint trace of Negi's magical energy coming from her Pactio Card. He wouldn't sense magic from her unless she releases her artifact from its card form.

Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Sure! Mukuro is one of the strongest and most skilled illusionists in his world, along with having a grab bag of various other special abilities. He's not on the same level as Ads' heavy hitters, but for a human he's pretty formidable.

Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Yes, Kurapica can manipulate Nen - or "qi" - like other Hunters from his world. Normally he's decently powerful, and he can materialize chains to do various defensive skills and whatnot. When he is emotionally agitated and his eyes turn scarlet, however, he becomes very powerful.

Can he perceive your character's power level, and what would he detect? Yes~ Castiel might be a tricky one, because he would ping as nearly powerless, but he's actually an incredibly powerful angel. Only the thing that gives him is angel powers kind of got torn out and one of his siblings is wearing it as a necklace nbd. Short answer: He'll seem mostly human with just a little unusual power right now; later when he regains his grace he'll seem much more powerful.
