I generally like/prefer people whose last names start with an R.
I like to think that they would have been positioned next to me in elementary school, since that was often done by last name. Thus we are basically good friends, twice removed (via age and whatever particular school you attended).

Money/Savings
Is/are addictive. How much is enough? I have more than a year's salary in savings. But how can you ever know what you truly need and when to blow it all on trips, etc. I've spent $10,000 this year alone on school. I could probably use my savings to take a 10 year vacation in a 3rd world country. I thought I was going to buy a house this year, but ( Read more... ) -

New Years Eve
Is always the saddest day of the year for me. I never have someone special to spend it with. Nor do I get to any parties that don't get awkward or messed up. My best bet (which I have never done before) might be to go to a bar alone. At least I'll have a chance to meet a single that way.
