Elphaba's rarely interacted with D, but she doesn't trust him largely because of the way he talks, and the strange stories he sometimes tells. Still, she'd like to think he's a decent person because he works with animals, so if she came in contact with him she definitely would be interested in interacting (she still wants an animal to take care of, haha.) However, if she learns about what happened with Rikuou and the owl, that'd likely sour her opinion on D considerably.
...This one's rather complicated. At least, it is for me to explain! It's actually easiest for me to play Elphaba when she's talking to Rikuou than with perhaps any of the other campers. I'm not sure exactly why that is. Let's see if I can find out. When interacting with Rikuou, Elphaba is very much herself. She doesn't bother thinking about masking any part of her personality to change his image of her. He's smart and as cautious about the world as she is, and she appreciates his sharp wit. Due to their shared tendency to not explain much of anything about themselves, they know very little about each other. Yet, Elphaba is comfortable around him regardless. I suppose it's easy to say that she sees him as a sort of kindred spirit - and while that's not exactly it, their personalities can actually be pretty similar. She trusts what he does because it's often something she would do herself. They both shift between banter and seriousness easily. He's one of the few people that Elphaba goes out of her way to help when there is a problem

Elphaba is both grateful to and skeptical of Naruto. Skeptical mainly because she doesn't know him, and she's pretty untrusting of people in general. She doesn't know much about his power, although his announcement really interested her. He seems pretty cheerful despite what he claimed, so she doesn't really know what to make of it or how much of it was truth. However, he's offered to help her try and actually learn how to use her power - something she has been desperate to do since... well, a long time. That she might even have a glimmer of a chance of actually achieving this goal is reason enough for her to feel indebted to Naruto. So, regardless of whatever reservations she may have about his abilities, she's decided to push those aside and see what happens with the "training" he's been having her do. On the whole, she considers him a refreshingly genuine person.
They have, but admittedly not that much of a one since they hardly ever interact, haha.
Mainly she's registered Sanzo as a dependable person around camp who usually has an answer to whatever question she may have. He doesn't seem cracky or unstable, and he always talks to her civilly, so automatically he gets the respect level that allows her to give his comments a fair amount of credibility.
I can hardly remember what interaction she may have had with Omi, but I believe there was something about when Megan arrived and was called Elphaba a wicked witch. And Omi seemed to know what she was talking about. This has been filed in Elphaba's mind to come up later if the opportunity arises.
Hey look I get to respond after they interacted again! Haha.
...Even so, she doesn't have much of an opinion on Hana. He's healed her dysfunctional family during the Hollow fights, which is a good thing, but she hasn't really talked to him, so there isn't much outside of that. If she did talk to him more, she'd probably snap at him for being quick to back down.
