Yes, they've interacted what, once? Haha.

Elphaba has nothing against Lee, but she's pretty much going to avoid being around him because he's very exuberant and she tends to be intially put off by exuberant people. (They can actually grow on her, she's just convinced she won't like them.) Also, from the ONE interaction, she doesn't think he's that intelligent because she feels he was rather obviously making the situation he was trying to fix worse. But still - nothing against him, because he was trying to fix it, so clearly he's a good person. Just not one she's too eager to be around.
