I threw up last night for the first time in 10 years at least. The thought of a lalos burrito now disgusts me.

One girl in my suite has strep throat and others are starting to show symptoms. I ate 6 oranges within a 2 hour period and a thing of orange juice to boost my vitamin C. My tummy feels a little funny.

I just registered for classes. my earliest class on mwf is 11am. tuesdays and thursdays are 12, unless i get into this "biology of poison" seminar, in which case i'll have a 9:30 class on tuesdays. Getting up early in college is much harder than it was in high school ( Read more... )

I came home this weekend for the first time since I left. Besides getting ditched by the bus and almost missing my train, the trip up was pretty good. It was my first train ride ever. It's nice to be home. I miss my bed and the quietness. I miss taking a shower without flipflops. I miss soft toilet paper. I miss home cooked food. I miss my animals ( Read more... )
