And so...

St. Patrick's Day isnt even a holiday! What's all this bullshit that people have to wear green for this day.
To quote Maggie: "It's my dad's birthday, that's what this day is to me."

Anyway, that's my thought on this "holiday"

technically it is a holiday. for irish catholics. i honestly don't see how st. patrick chasing all the serpants out of ireland equals wearing green and getting drunk for everyone. i mean, come on!

right. but what i meant was that America commercialized it, like every other "holiday." and you do have a point to the "chasing all the serpants out of ireland = wearing green and getting drunk" i don't quite understand how it balances to that.

Well actually, you retarded asswhole, it is a holoday. Yes it has now been over comercialized, but what the fuck has not. If you can buy a card for it its been exploited, even your friends fucking B-day. Now this holiday came from Irish Americans who's culture was being shit on. So it was made as a sort of Irish pride day, so of course everything is green. The pinching thing is bullshit but so is a fucking punch on the arm for a B-day. So the next time you feel like being a total fucking overjudgemental fuck head asshole stay off cultures you know nothing about instead just shove a big stick up your ass and bash yourself. Go fuck yourself
