so...wtf is up with my doctor man?  my work called this morning and said my extension til the 12th was NOT approved b/c the note my dr faxed over stated that I FEEL I NEED MORE TIME.  so now they say i am expected back on the 1st...THURSDAY!  are they insane?  i am so frustrated with this whole situation, i just want to scream!!!!!!!

ok so my doctor is an ass!!!  he is sending me back to work on april 12th....WTF???  i have to go to physical therapy two times a week.  i have to go for a series of  steroid injections beginning on april 27th...and i have to fit that all in...when???  grrrr i am so annoyed with him, i want a new doctor!!!
