Remembering the chaos of the last move in, Briar opted out of joining the crowd and was instead in his room, reading the book he got from the library. He was also curious to see who his new roommate was.

JD, after having met his Big Brother Tyler, had managed to haul his bag and all his books up to the 5th floor, depositing them on the bed with a flourish - a flourish which resulted in a bit of a mess.

Briar glanced over at the mess. "You're my new roommate?" He asked with a grin. The tattoos on his hands continued their movement.

JD had a faraway look in his eyes as he caught sight of the moving tatoos.

JD continued to stare at the moving tattoos on his roommate'hands, watching as they began to take a more coporeal shape. They seemed to be coming together, forming something like a serpents head.

JD leaned a bit closer to his roommate's hand, oblivious to anything else around him.

The tatoos were definately forming a serpent's head. A serpent with very sharp teeth. Without warning, the tatoos jumped off his roommate's hand and lunged for his face.

JD jerked back suddenly, yelping.

"Uh. Hi! I'm JD, the new roommate."

Briar was more than a little amused. "Briar Moss. Nice to meet you. And the tattoos are magical in nature."
