Well, we've gotten ourselves into a fine mess this time. Driving with a cell phone is now illegal. We can talk to people in our cars. We can use hands free phones. We can look away from the road to change music stations, CD's, AC/heat, adjust mirrors, check to see if we missed our turn, look at all sorts of distractions, but we can't use a

That's the way it goes in France, too. People still answer in the cars, they just keep it brief, which is a superior way to talk on the phone if you ask me. Talking in person is sooo much better.
