get an account..
then copy && past the tag that looks
like *img src=""* except the stars
will be replaced with < >`s

Get a Photobucket account if you don't have one already. Put the picture in your account. Once you do that, you can do it 2 ways:

1. Copy the TAGlink and paste it wherever you want it without resizing it.
-OR-

2. In rich text mode, press Insert/Edit image and copy and paste the URL link from Photobucket to the URL blank on Image properties
