hi james, well, I can be your friend, if you want. I have dinner parties all the time. you should come. people you know would be here, as well as people you don't. i like making new friends too. also, i was meaning to ask you about writing for celery. Ainsley mentioned it to me and that sounds cool. goes with one of my resolutions, which is to write more, and preferrably for cool indie mags like celery. so yeah. an offer of friendship and a request for writership. yay. happy ny, sarah

sars, by all means, we are always looking for writers. send an e-mail to mail@celerymagazine.com stating your intentions. if you've got ideas, pitch em, if not we can give you a few. also, i love both dinner and parties, so keep me posted. i can usually be anywhere with a little advance notice. thanks for the well wishing- offer accepted, request granted.

instead of upholstering, can you learn how to make dresser drawers? i have nowhere to put my giant new sweater. also, please become a celebrity in some capacity. i'm watching "the fabulous lives of celebrity wives" right now and i think i'd like falling in $10,000 stilettos better than my ones from payless. in return i'll take trophy wife lessons from this montgomery grant dude for $3,000 dollars a day. long gone would be the days of "he's huge!" and other such conversational missteps. everybody wins!
