well i'm finally settled in. hopefully i won't have to move again for awhile. its been a lot of work. combining my stuff with someone else also was a significant endeavor. we ended up selling off a lot of stuff that we had and bought mostly new stuff. additionally, we redecorated his entire house with the exception of his main mixing studio ( Read more... )

tired as hell. stayed up way too late painting. but it's totally worth the effort.

This weekend we burned a squirrel sculpture in my backyard [in honor of burning man, and so tom could diffuse his aggression towards the little buggers].

Well here I am on Saturday night. Lying down on my inflata-hospice-bed and I'm feeling reasonably good. My back pain is finally under control. The problem is I know I'm feeling good because of the meds, not because my back has actually improved. It will take time for that. Well, here it is. Saturday. I'm still lying in bed. The pain has subsided, due to my current drug cocktail, which is quite effective. I was actually quite impressed yesterday when my doctor personally called me up and talked to me about my condition before making a recommendation for pharmaceuticals.
