Thanksgiving is on the horizon. Visions of stuffing myself with delicious food until I'm positivly turgid and not having to work for four days so i can digest are dancing through my head... I can't wait. But the flip side to that is that I'm taking my computer home so I can do work during my vacation=x

heh, they sure did! they now officially live in middle of nowhere. aka trinity county which is up north of redding, ca and doesn't have a single stop light in the entire county! beautiful place though... very idyllic.

i live in elk grove. trying to move out, but i just can't afford it yet. damned student loan payments... they'll eat you alive.

Curiously enough, i just discovered subsidized gov't housing for artists. down on K street [a very artsy area] a new complex has gone up that allows artists to live there at a reduced rate. its a very modern looking structure filled with studio and loft apartments for single occupancy. very cool place and very much in the center of downtown activity. to move in you have to submit an art portfolio and get approved, then its smooth sailing and affordable rent!
