well yesterday i was at work stretching in my chair when all of a sudden i found myself in an immense amount of pain. i aggravated something in my back big time [from former back injury]. so after a trip to the hospital for x-rays and drugs, i find myself incredibly sick from the drugs, in the same amount of pain i was in before i took them, and

thanks. i think i mistook them for food and ate them instead as i am still in horrible spine-wrenching pain.
